In 2003 the choir performed Mozart's Requiem and in 2005, performed Beethoven's Mass in C Major with the Sinfonia Orchestra of the North Shore. In 2008 the choir was greatly honored to perform Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in Beijing, China as a cultural prelude to the Beijing Summer Olympics. The Choral Union performed Beethoven's Ninth Symphony again in 2009 with the Sinfonia Orchestra of the North Shore in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Most recently, in the summer of 2012, the Choral Union performed Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and John Rutter's Magnificat in the Festival of the Aegean on the island of Syros, Greece.
